During our testing phase, we have ensured that the system is performing smoothly and allows for successful enrollments and order processing in the market. As the market launches, you will now be able to begin to build your team and introduce those you may know to this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
To enroll someone as part of this market pre-launch, simply share your replicated site and click "JOIN". Your prospect will then select the market and language they would like to enroll in. Here's a simple tutorial showing you how.
During this pre-launch phase, Hong Kong members will be able to enroll distributors, sell products, earn commissions, and build teams in the New U Life organization. Over the next few days, we will begin to offer video training along with additional information and details. Please note, this is a pre-launch of the market only. Q. What product will be available in the Hong Kong market?
A. SOMADERM®. Please note, we will not be fulfilling the latest SOMADERM bottle in the Hong Kong market but will switch to the new bottle as inventory allows.
Q. How does someone enroll in Hong Kong?
A. The process is very similar to how you sign up in the U.S. You can send them to your replicated website whereupon they will select the market and language they would like to enroll in. They can choose "Hong Kong - English" or "Hong Kong - Chinese".
Q. What is the cost of SOMADERM® in Hong Kong?
A. $185 USD | 140 QV | 125 CV— this includes all taxes and shipping.
Q. How will orders ship to Hong Kong members?
A. We have partnered with a third-party fulfillment center that ships directly to Hong Kong. The address provided must be a valid Hong Kong address. We cannot ship directly into China or Taiwan. Shipping may take 7-10 business days.
Q. How will I pay for the product orders?
A. We are only accepting credit card payments in Hong Kong for this initial launch. For improved order success rates, please verify that the billing address is accurate upon ordering and that the credit card used is a Hong Kong card. Placing an order for a Hong Kong account in the United States may result in a credit card decline and failed transaction.
Q. Is there an office or will-call location where I can pick up my order in Hong Kong?
A. Not yet, but we are in the process of establishing a small office in Hong Kong. A will-call option will be available once this is set-up. Until then, all orders must ship to a valid Hong Kong address.
Q. What initial Product Packs will be available at launch?
A. We will offer these three product packs at launch:

A. Yes, during the enrollment process, simply select the Hong Kong market from the market selector.
Q. Will I earn commissions for products purchased by someone I enroll in Hong Kong?
A. Yes, all commissions are paid on products sold based on volume (CV), regardless of the market. Therefore, you will be paid on any volume in Hong Kong.
Q. How will commissions be paid to Hong Kong members?
A. In this pre-launch phase, commissions will be paid through direct deposit to Hong Kong bank accounts. Additional commission payout methods will be made available in the near future. You will be asked to provide your account information when you earn a commission.
Q. Is New U Life registered in the Hong Kong market?
A. Yes
Q. Is there a Hong Kong support staff?
